DOWN 6 LBS

One week ago our office here at work put together a 10 week biggest loser program. Today was the first weigh in since the initial weigh in. I LOST 6LBS!!!!!!!! I didnt even do much at all. 9 more weeks to go and I am going to get healthy as well as be $200 richer.

Getting back on track

Over the last while as you can tell from me not posting I have not been doing so well with my diet. Where does my motivation go after a month or two? It should be so easy but it isn't for some reason. I need to find what motivates me and what will keep me motivated because it hasn't been working. If you have any ideas or suggestions for me feel free to let me know.
